REGULATIONS FOR PET ENTRY AT STAIN LOFT & SUITES IRAPUATO

To enjoy our dog-friendly policy, it is essential to comply with all the criteria described below, without exception:

  1. Reservation Process

    • You must book through our Call Center (+52 462 398 6198) or our website www.stainloftandsuites.com, indicating that you will be bringing a dog or cat.
    • Only pets weighing a maximum of 20 kg (small or medium-sized breeds) are allowed.
    • A maximum of two (2) pets per room is permitted.
  2. Reservation Confirmation

    • Wait to receive the official confirmation email, which will specify your pet’s admission to the hotel.
  3. Check-in Requirements

    • Present an updated vaccination record (valid within the last seven months).
    • Your pet must wear a collar, leash, and muzzle (if necessary).
    • If any of these requirements are not met, entry will not be allowed.
  4. Liability Agreement

    • A responsibility letter must be signed, along with a credit card guarantee in case your pet causes any damage to hotel facilities or third-party belongings.
  5. Responsible Pet Ownership
    As a responsible pet owner, you must:

    • Accept the room assigned by the hotel.
    • Ensure that your pet does not disturb the peace and safety of other guests or pets.
    • Keep your pet only in designated areas and always under adult supervision.
    • Walk your pet on a leash and with a muzzle if required.
    • Bring all necessary pet accessories (the hotel does not provide leashes or toys).
    • Pick up after your pet and dispose of waste in designated bins.
    • Never leave your pet unattended in your car or hotel room.
    • Ensure your pet sleeps on the provided pet bed, not on the furniture.
    • Maintain proper hygiene before arrival.
    • Ask the front desk for information about designated pet-friendly areas, which will be marked with a dog-friendly icon.
  6. Hotel Disclaimer

    • The hotel is not responsible for any illness, loss, or death of your pet.
  7. Guest Complaints & Compliance

    • If another guest files a complaint or the pet policy is violated, hotel management may request the pet’s removal from the premises within 24 hours of notification.
  8. Aggressive Behavior Policy

    • If your pet bites a person or another pet, you must:
      • Immediately accompany them to a hospital or veterinarian.
      • Present your pet’s vaccination record.
      • Cover 100% of any medical expenses caused by the injury.
      • Remove the pet from the premises within 24 hours.
  9. Pet Restrictions

    • Only dogs are allowed; no other types of pets will be admitted.
  10. Policy Enforcement

  • These rules ensure a comfortable and harmonious stay for all guests.
  • Failure to comply may result in service suspension at the discretion of hotel management.
